So if you painted 2 strips as shown on Friday, you would be able to make SIX postcards like the ones shown here: These swatches are all 85mm in height, The width is guessed at somewhere between 9mm and 12mm. It is not as important to be accurate. You need between 5 & 7 swatches to show the colour variations. In December-January!!! Yeah, I know, bad timing etc. But look at it this way. Sometimes you just have to get away from the madding crowd and do some art. I go crazy when its too much party and no creativity. First I'm going to explain exactly how to make complementary watercolour swatches.
