R&T Day and Michela’s Lino cuts
The Society of Scribes and Illuminators' Technical and Research day is one of my highlights of the calligraphic calendar. Hazel Dolby gave an excellent introduction to printmaking and showed a powerpoint presentation of various lettering artists who use printmaking. Michela, Angela Holland, Chris Corser (lino cuts) Juliet Bankes (etching) and I (monoprinting and layering) demonstrated.
