Every year I try to make gifts with my UK grandchildren for their parents. I have them once a week so we can take it slowly, and it gives me a chance to do some fun projects with them and also get them into the idea of making gifts. Child Art
Child Art is wonderful, but we usually respond to it best when there has been some adult "engineering". This intervention is often no more than good art materials made accessible to the child and clever displaying. When an art teacher is hailed as being a brilliant teacher you'll usually find their displays and colours well thought out as well.
