I visited the Northumbrian Scribes at Bede's World in Jarrow near Newcastle on the weekend to give a workshop on The Art of Kilian. I left home at 10.00am and arrived in Morpeth at 5.00pm - a long day of travel, but worth it!We used Herman Kilian's work as starting point, analysing his letter forms in relation to Trajan Caps.
