Carole’s book: The embroidered cloths of Heaven

May 25, 2015 by Lin Kerr 1 Comment

There were many requests to see a close-up of Carole’s book:

When you are given beautiful tiny pieces of embroidery, there are so many options open to you. I like the way that Carole integrated the embroidery into an artwork instead of just treating it like an illustration, with formal calligraphy alongside it.

Carole, thanks for sharing.
I know that I promised some more of the Australian workshop, but I am still doing Artweeks daily and so it is taking a tad longer.
