About the giclées
Many of the giclées have added metal –
aluminium or gold – or stamped numbers.
All giclees are packed flat in reinforced packaging.
All the giclees listed are in limited editions of 195 prints.
What is a giclée?
A giclée is an archival quality digital
print. My giclée’s are professionally printed on Hahnemuhle
100%cotton paper, and can last at least 100 years. However, giclees
are not waterproof!
Each print has a Certificate of Authenticity These
are a limited edition and the edition number is written at the bottom
e.g. 3/195. Each giclée is also signed at the bottom on the
margin, although I prefer to frame over the margin (the other signtaure
is the original).
If the original piece does not have gilding or
embossing, it is often impossible to tell the difference.
